Up to 30 days before the arrival of the group: 30% of the canceled quota will be due
30 to 15 days before the arrival of the group: 50%
14 to 9 days before the arrival of the group: 75%
8 to 0 days before the arrival of the group: 100%
Free for children under 4 years old.
In the event of disputes, the customer can contact the Tourism and Travel Agent but must propose an amicable solution to the service provider before any procedure.
