The Unterlinden museum
The Issenheim Retable is a remarkable work by Grünewald . Composed of 11 panels representing the Resurrection and Ascension of Christ. Built between 1512 and 1516, the work has reached us in its entirety! This is a great achievement when you know that the work has gone through many troubled periods.
In Extra: Accommodation, Transport, breakfast, drinks package, bike rental
